First off, thanks to everyone that has continued to come back and visit the site. I really appreciate peoples interest in my work. Recently I was able to register technogumbo.com so we set up a 403 redirect from .net to .com
No one should notice anything different about the site. However, if you use IE7 as your RSS feed reader and are linked to the .net url, for some reason IE7s rss reader will ignore the 403 redirect to .com Due to this you will see broken image links for half of the images in the rss feed.
I tried to fix the issue earlier today in IE7 but couldn't find any documentation regarding the issue and don't feel like trying to mess around with meta or server side header redirects (the 403 should already be doing this anyway).
Simply put, the wonderful people who subscribed to the RSS feed in IE7 a while ago simply need to delete the old feed subscription and add a new one to http://www.technogumbo.com/rss.xml, or by simply clicking on the rss link in the top right and subscribing to the feed.
