New Tutorial About Open Source Flash

I have posted a new tutorial about open source flash development. You can learn how to create an open source flash video preloader. A preloader makes it so that all of the content of a flash project is loaded before it actually plays. We have all seen preloaders before. Many movie web sites have a little percentage loaded gadget that has to load the entire site before they will let you enter it. Head on over to the tutorials section to check it out.
