Despite the fact that I spend most of my time doing electrical engineering and programming, I still have a sense for how to design original graphics. In college I had a few classes in graphic design and typography. The images in this section were made for my book "Emblems on Automobiles" that I made for typography class. I am aware of concepts such as figure-ground, the principals of design, and have made the layouts for all material on this resume and the technogumbo website. At Boston Productions I routinely work with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop in preparing elements from designers for integration into Flash, websites, and other projects. I have always been notorious for choosing as uncommon color layouts as possible.

The Crossfire I found in a parking lot while walking back from class. This page definitely goes for eye movement with attention to vectors. A page from the book Emblems on Automobiles; I took the photo in my parents backyard and applied the principal of repetition. The Corvair was an old car in a field that I came across and photographed. More repetition here, but I tried to extend the R in the second image outside the bounds of its container.
